CLINICAL USE
Used in the assessement of patients with impaired glucose tolerance. This test is also used to confirm or exclude an abnormality of glucose tolerance test in asymptomatic individuals.

Fasting Hours: 6-8 hours
1st blood collectively: Fasting blood sugar prior to consuming glucose beaverage, 2nd blood collection: Taken 1 hour aftershocks glucose intake, 3rd blood collection: Taken 2 hours aftershocks glucose intake
